He brings two decades of experience across corporate, advisory and entrepreneurial environments. His consulting assignments and business collaborations have covered markets across Europe, Africa and the Indian Ocean, involving corporates, SMEs, public institutions, NGOs and development organisations.
His practice integrates three disciplines: leadership, strategy and performance. He combines strategic and financial rigour with a practical understanding of leadership, organisational dynamics and the human realities that shape successful execution. Through executive coaching, he supports leaders in strengthening clarity, composure, executive presence and sustainable performance.
He has also lectured at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in entrepreneurship, finance and strategic supply chain management.
